Salted Caramel Blondies … aka cake.
Having once been a keen baker, I thought I’d give blondies a try. So, I found a recipe, whisked everything together and hoped for the best. Less than 20 minutes later, my blondies (cakes) were a little over baked, but nonetheless done. Here they are in their full glory, covered in more salted caramel sauce and a drizzling of white chocolate.

Ingredients
- 115g/ 4oz – White chocolate
- 150g/ 51/2oz – Caster sugar
- 140g/ 5oz – Plain flour
- 1tsp – Vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 115g/ 4oz Butter
- Salted caramel sauce
