When I first set out to publish the first issue of the magazine, I knew I wanted to commission a female artist who believed in the WHW ethos. So, for the first ‘Behind the Magazine’ post, I figured where else to start than with the woman who brought my vision to life?

Kelly is a talented watercolour artist who creates prints, cards and original commissions on her Instagram page, @sweetpea_watercolours. When we first started to discuss the artwork that I wanted to include, she was extremely encouraging, making me believe in the project I had first set out to create. Without her, the magazine would never have been possible, and for this I will always be grateful.
